Q: Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Depending on the item and quantity, we offer very competitive volume pricing. Please contact us with the items and quantities you are interested in, and we will be happy to give you a quote.

Q: I cant find what Im looking for.
We try to keep our catalog current and are adding new items to our store all the time. If you are unable to find what you are looking for email us and let us know what you?re looking for and we will let you know if we have it, or if we can point you in the right direction.

Q: How fast will I get my merchandise?
Most items included in our store catalog online are available for immediate shipment. Please note that from the time of ordering there is a 2-3 day processing time, but we try to get items out the same day if possible. If ever an item is not in stock and will take more than 1 week, we will advise you via email of the expected date it will be ready to ship. You will then have the option of approving this backorder or canceling the order for that product. In the case when we are just out of the color/style you order, we will let you know what we do have in stock and will let you decide if you would like to wait or pick another color/style that is in stock.

Our standard shipping method is Ordinary Post / Registerd Post by Hong Kong Post and will take 7-20 business days to arrive.  We will send you an email when your item(s) is/are shipped and will provide you with a tracking number* so you can find out the exact status of your shipment.

If you require any special (priority, overnight, etc.) shipping contact us immediately after you place your order and we will accommodate your request by providing you with a quote for any increased shipping cost and obtain your approval prior to proceeding.
 
Q: Where is the items being shipped?
Our warehouse located in Hong Kong. We always ship out the merchandise from Hong Kong.
 
Q: How can I track the items once paid?
If you selected registered post for shipment service, we will provide a tracking number after shipment started (usually within 72hours). You can visit the Hong Kong Post website for online tracking:
 
Q: Can I upgrade the shipment service to Express such as EMS?
If you want to upgrade the shipment service from Ordinary Post / Registered post to Express service (EMS), please contact us by email. We will quote the extra shipment fee depends on the items you have purchased.
 
Q: What is your payment option?
We accept PayPal or Secure Online Credit Cards. Cash, bank transfer, personal cheque, money order are NOT allowed.

Q: What if I buy something and it doesn't fit?
Returns are easy. Just contact us within 30 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts) and you may return any item for a full refund (we'll even refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error). The returned items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories. We will exchange items that are the wrong size or defective/damaged.

We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund within 5 to 10 business days of our receiving your return.

Packing and Sending Your Return

Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

What is your Refund Policy?
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from RPASonline. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price subject to the time period specific to that product and according to our Return/Exchange Instructions and
indicate the reason for your return

The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original packaging and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; if applicable, the clear plastic wrapping has not been torn or removed; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.

All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or a store credit, at your option. If you choose a refund, the adjusted purchase price will be credited in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

Q: Any tax / VAT /  Customs duties for what I purchased?
We do not charge any tax, VAT or duties. However, many countries have its own regulations on the items which import from foreign countries. We usually mark it as GIFT and sel the value as low as possible to aviod the excess duties. However, we are not responsible on any tax / VAT / duties which leived by the buyer's countries.
